Changing for a better rental experience
Tänndalen wanted their customers to be able to book their experiences online in real-time, all while making sure the store-side doesn't have to worry about double-bookings. This became even more important as the popularity of their summertime activities continued to grow, and the traffic kept increasing.
Previously, Tänndalen was only accepting bookings by phone. Taking bookings by phone was not only ineffective and time-consuming for the staff, but it also wasn't hospitable for the guests.
The crew at Tänndalen want their visitors to have a smooth experience and to feel at home. Providing such an experience meant that rental software they would go for had to be easy to use and straightforward for both the customers and the staff.

Starting from the summer of 2020, Rentle has offered Tänndalen an easy and fast solution for what they were looking for. Since then, their customers have been able to book online whenever and wherever is most convenient for them, and managing their inventory is now easier than ever before.
